Me and my practice

Like so many people, the global pandemic of 2020 brought about a fundamental change in my idea of a healthy work - life balance.  I’d been sat behind a desk for the best part of 25 years and found myself completely disillusioned, yearning for something new and challenging so I started to look at what changes I could make. 


I had an interest in hypnotherapy after rather sceptically visiting a hypnotherapist some years ago in order to treat my fear of flying, a fear that had steadily increased over the years following a terrifying flight home from Cyprus. The therapy I received was incredibly helpful and enabled me to fly without fear, or numerous glasses of wine, for the first time in over 20 years.


I am now a fully qualified practitioner with a Practitioners Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and I operate my practice from my home office on the boarder of Lancashire and North Yorkshire, offering sessions both face to face and online sessions - You choose what suits you best.
